The Culture of the extra virgin olive
oil and bacon exemplifies the culinary
tradition of this region. The olive
oil produced by the five municipalities
of the Strada del Sagrantino shows the
protected label „Denominazione
di Origine Protetta Umbra – Colli
Martani” certifying that it was
produced in one of the five provinces
in which the region is subdivided.
